This is a harsh mask and is not suitable for sensitive skin, skin with rosacea, or active acne. Lemon juice is highly photosensitive; if you expose yourself to the sun with traces of lemon on your skin, you will suffer severe chemical burns and permanent dark spots (phytophotodermatitis).
